The final piece will be located on the new development off Weldale Street, named Domain.

Phase 1 of the development (the building on the left) is currently under construction, with an expected practical completion date of Spring 2022. The greyed-out building on the right is Phase 2 of the development. The construction programme for Phase 2 is still to be confirmed.

To create a focal point for the development, the proposed location for the final piece is on the pedestrian corridor between Phase 1 and Phase 2 buildings and is outlined in red.

This area is approximately 5m x 7m and it is anticipated that a height of up to 4m would be unlikely to cause any structural problems with the foundations.
